Lights against the dark! The Auschwitz concentration camp was liberated 75 years ago, ending the incomprehensible mass extermination of people. Many of the decisions that led to the murder of hundreds of thousands of people were made in the idyll of Obersalzberg. To commemorate this, we are leaving the lights on today with more than a hundred memorial sites in Germany. At the same time, we would like to urge vigilance against extremist efforts in the present and future.
