Between October 22th, 2010 and May 1st, 2011, the Obersalzberg Documentation will present the 5th Winter Exhibition:"In the Enemy's Camera Lens" German Press Photographers in Occupied Warsaw 1939 – 1945.


The Obersalzberg Documentation was able to welcome the 1.5 mio. visitor, the Schaffhauser family from Altenburg/Thuringia, who visited the Documentation during their holiday in Bayerisch Gmain.


The Obersalzberg Documentation will celebrate "International Museum Day" on the 16th of May 2010 by granting free admission, free use of audio guides and a free tours in English.


The next guided tour for individuals (in German) will take place on Saturday, March, 27th 2010, 10:00 a.m.


Between October 9th, 2009 and April 11th, 2010, the Obersalzberg Documentation will present the 4th Winter Exhibition: From Sachsenburg to Sachsenhausen – Photos from a Concentration Camp Commander's Album in German and English.


July 2009 was the most successful month since the inception of the
Documentation with 26830 Visitors, 90 guided tours and 97 school classes!

Since December 1st, 2008, all holders of a "Kurkarte" (tourist pass) can use the RVO bus to the Documentation free of charge!


The third winter exhibition of the Obersalzberg Documentation, "Free Time in Fascism", is open between November 5th, 2008 and February 25th, 2009.


The 5th revised and expanded edition of the exhibition catalogue "Die tödliche Utopie" has been published. (Available only in German)

The entire Bunker complex is again open for visitors.


The Obersalzberg Documentation welcomed its 1,000,000th visitor, namely Michael Fischlein from Munich accompanied by his wife, who visited the Documentation  on their return journey from Slovakia during a stopover in Berchtesgaden.
